Case Update
I noticed I haven’t posted a case update since June 2025, when the judge ruled on our initial complaint filed on November 21, 2023.
Part of the reason is simple: anything I post is under scrutiny and could potentially be used in court, so I’m very selective. My lawyer has not tried to curtail my First Amendment rights – which, ironically, are part of why this lawsuit was filed – but I do try to keep my posts factual and based on what is available through PACER.
