Hi, I’m Leonard, and I’m working on untitled project that was inspired by my wife’s 25-year career as a 911 dispatcher and supervisor in North Texas. Having supported her through the challenges of shift work, mandates, and the emotional toll of the job, I know firsthand how this career impacts not just dispatchers but their families as well.
This survey is completely anonymous—no personal or identifying information will be collected. My goal is to gather real-world insights into the lives of 911 professionals, covering everything from demographics and pay to relationships and work-life balance. Once I’ve gathered a solid sample size, I’ll share the compiled metrics here, giving everyone a clearer picture of the trends and realities within the field. Your input is invaluable, and I truly appreciate your time in helping bring this project to life.
